The moment I was introduced to M-TIBA's mission I knew I could do work to actually make a difference in people's lives. In my previous job, I felt like I was just going through the motions. At M-TIBA, I have the opportunity to use my engineering skills to help improve healthcare access and affordability in Africa by improving the way money flows through the healthcare ecosystem.
